Admission Process
We enroll a diverse student body, welcoming students of all races, religions, national or ethics origins, and socioeconomic status. Our main consideration is to ensure that any student admitted is capable of handling a strong academic curriculum successfully and happily. We look for families whose for their children are compatible with school's goals, and welcome the challenging environment of our school.
We seek students with the potential to benefit from and to succeed in the school's unique academic and enrichment programs. Those students who benefit most from the school are the intellectually inquisitive, strongly motivated, and those highly committed to the challenges and opportunities the school offers. The primary goal throughout the admissions process is to provide information about the school while learning as much as possible about the prospective student
1. Parents meet with Program Director
The Preschool Director will introduce the School to parents and inform them of the mission and vision of the school. Parents will learn more about our program and the curriculum taught at the school. This will be an opportunity for parents to ask questions and discuss anything with the program Director. The tour will provide parents a glimpse of the school environment and learning experience. 2. Completion of the Application for Admissions
There is a processing fee of $150. If interested, parents will be asked to complete a short application for admissions and return it to the administrative staff for processing.
3. Parents receive notification of decision regarding admission
The Program Director will make the decision after screening the qualified applicants and considering space availability.
4. Parents complete enrollment process and submit payment fees
Enrollment Process
Parents will provide the following
- Complete all the sate required enrollment forms (available on our website)
- A record for age required immunizations
- Signed policies and procedures, schedule and payment contract.
Dis-enrollment Policy
Occasionally, a child will experience some difficulty in adapting to the school environment or abiding by the school rules of behavior. a conference will be scheduled if your child should experience some difficulty. we work closely with you to see if the problem can be resolved. I f the child's behavior continues to be disruptive to the group, we reserve the right to ask you to withdraw your child. You must give two weeks pf notice when you voluntarily withdraw your child. You will be responsible for all final payments through the end of the notice period, whether in attendance or not.
Tuition
We provide high-quality services at an affordable and competitive rate. Our rates vary by age, the number of siblings enrolled and full-time versus part-time schedules. Please stop by for a tour and we will be happy to provide you with a customized rate schedule that fits your needs.
- All payments are due upon enrolling the child the program.( Registration Fees, Tuition for the upcoming month.)
- Payment is due by the 5th of each month. Full tuition must be paid regardless of family trips or illness. We do not have makeup days.
- You can pay tuition by check, cash, or PayPal. (lubnaqu@gmail.com)
- Statements will be given each month after tuition is paid and is on record.
- A $35 late fees will be assessed and parents will be billed accordingly if payment is not made by the fifth business day.
- Tuition will not be adjusted, prorated, refunded for any school closures, vacations , illnesses, family vacations, etc. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- The school requires a 30 days written notice if you withdraw your child. You will continue to be responsible for the tuition for those 30 days
